With the successful completion of the first batch of the Acting Class, Theatre Wallay brings you another Acting Class at the Rung School of Music and Arts on every Monday and Wednesday.

Note that three of our students from Batch 1 have qualified for a video drama series recently.

Anyone and everyone should attend these basic level acting classes even if they are not planning to adopt acting as a career. The Acting Class will help you gain confidence to speak before a bunch of people, and help you get rid of self consciousness and body stiffness.

It will be a three-month Acting Course, and two-month work on a theater performance – from script development to the final show.

Though primarily it would be focused on theater acting, but it will touch upon acting for films/television as well.

The Training will focus on the following aspects (not in any particular order):
1. Physical Preparations/Exercises including breathing, and warm-up.
2. Inhibition Breaking – Getting rid of self-consciousness
3. Voice Exercises
4. Stage Awareness
5. Understanding the Script
6. Scene analysis
7. Dialogue Delivery
8. Character Analysis and Development
9. Team Work
10. Work Ethics
11. Improv
12. Production

Key Information about the Class on Weekdays

Timing: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Register by: August 10, 2019
Classes commence on: August 19, 2019
Fee: Rs 12,000 per month (8 Classes)
Course Duration: 5 Months
